Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipping. 

Damages Policy

If your items arrive damaged, please email us at scenterpeacellc@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package with the following: 

  • A clear photo of the damaged item 

  • A brief description of the issue 

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) 

We will review your request and work with you to resolve the issue. 

Defective Product Policy 

At Scenter Peace, we are committed to delivering high-quality candles you can enjoy with confidence. If you receive a defective item, you may request an exchange within 30 days of purchase. 

To request an exchange, please email scenterpeacellc@gmail.com with: 

  • A clear photo or video of the issue 

  • A brief description of the problem 

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) 

Please Note: 

  • The defective product must be returned in its original packaging. 

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will ship a replacement at no additional cost. 

  • We do not offer refunds for defective products—only exchanges. 

  • We cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
