4. Refund & Exchange Policy

  • All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns.

  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us at scenterpeacellc@gmail.com within 3 days with photos and proof of purchase.

  • For defective products, exchanges are accepted within 30 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Once received and inspected, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
