Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Delivery times vary by destination but generally range from 3–10 business days within the U.S.

Carrier Information
We use reputable carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Scenter Peace is not responsible for shipping delays once the package is in transit.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Scenter Peace is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at scenterpeacellc@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include photos and your order number so we can assist you.
